Returns Policy
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date you received the order, unused, unassembled and in original condition and packaging, for a refund, minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, as returns cannot be accepted without this number. Please include your reason for return in your email.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed before your payment method is credited.
EXCEPTIONS: **Custom painted and/or personalized items that are made especially for you are non-refundable, unless defective. Items that fall into this category will be noted on the item page.
*We reserve the right to send replacement parts for damaged or defective parts whenever possible. If replacement parts are refused, return will be handled as a normal return.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Damage should be noted with the freight carrier if possible. Please do not use item and keep it with all packaging materials and box for inspection. Notify us the same day if possible. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date.
GIFTS
Gifts may be returned for store credit or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 30 days of the date you received the order. If you would like a store credit please include your email address with the return as this is where your store credit information will be sent. We cannot send store credit information through the postal service. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return -- without that information we cannot process your store credit.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable and insurable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We are not responsible for loss of damage of merchandise during transit to us.
