Disappointed

I bought this stool for my 15 month old grandson for this upcoming Christmas and it arrived nicely boxed BUT
1. the small letter "i" that came with the stool is deformed looking with the dot chopped off and looks like the letter "p" yet
2. there is alot of room in the slot hole for the letter
3. instead of a 12 inch stool I received an 11 3/4 inch size stool.
Otherwise workmanship is pretty good but not the quality of stool that my daughter had 34 years ago which we still have and use.
I emailed the company and am still waiting to hear from them to remedy the situation,

Name Puzzle Step Stool

The stool is excellent! Very high quality wood and workmanship! Extremely sturdy, fun, educational, and, practical. My Grandson enjoys his stool. He is two years old and is learning his alphabet and how to spell his name now. So, the stool is perfect and well worth the wait!
